As a mother of three, a wife, and someone who has walked alongside others through life’s challenges, I have come to deeply appreciate the importance of presence, rest and connection. Caring for others teaches us both the strength and vulnerability of being human. It has also shown me how easily caregivers, family members and those experiencing grief can forget their own needs while supporting the people they love.

My work brings together my background in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and Yoga Nidra—often described as deep rest for body and mind—with my growing commitment to end-of-life and grief support. I am passionate about creating gentle spaces where people can pause, breathe and feel supported, whether they are caring for a loved one, facing the end of life, navigating bereavement, or adjusting to a significant life transition.

Resting Light is built upon three pillars:

Rest

Offering gentle practices such as Yoga Nidra, meditation and breathwork to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, sleep and deep rest during difficult times.

Presence

Providing compassionate support through caregiving, end-of-life experiences, grief and life’s transitions, helping individuals and families feel seen, heard and supported.

Community

Creating opportunities for connection through circles, workshops, gatherings and education, because healing and resilience are often strengthened when we come together.

My hope is that Resting Light becomes a trusted companion for those navigating caregiving, loss, grief and change—a place where people can find support before, during and after life’s most challenging transitions.

Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome here.

Rest. Presence. Community
